Scheduling An Appointment

To speak with our Triage Nurses to obtain medical advice, please call our office at 206-780-5437 (KIDS) and select option 2. Please note, there is a $25 charge that will be billed directly to your patient account for each call placed to the triage team.


To schedule an appointment, register as a new patient, pay a balance on your child's account or for any non-triage related concern or question, please call our office at 206-780-5437(KIDS) and select option 3 and one of our incredible team members in our office will help you. 

  • Non-Emergency Walk-Ins

    Minor Illnesses and injuries can come up quickly.  For your convenience, we offer a morning Walk-In Clinic for those unexpected needs starting at 8am each weekday.  


    Not all visits are appropriate for Walk-In clinic.  If your child needs a well child exam, has ongoing symptoms such as stomach aches or headaches, mental health concerns, or special/complex health care needs, please call or request an appointment through your child's portal account.

  • Sick Appointments

    We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.


    If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.


    We do not accept walk-in patients outside of our walk-in clinic so please call our office first to schedule your appointment.

  • Well Appointments

    Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.


    Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
